Description
- Galactopoiesis: (Milk Production)
- Lactogenesis: (Stimulation of lactation)
- Galactokinesis: (Discharge of milk)
Lactation is stimulated within 2 days of administration after calving. Noticeable improvement in the quality and quantity of milk observed in 7 days of administration.
Once normal lactation is established, it is well maintained even after Leptaden(vet) is discontinued.
- Disturbed Lactation due to stress factors : change of owner or environment; death of calf; to minimize after-effects of Foot and Mouth and other diseases. To boost up mammary function.
- Conditioned Hypogalactia.
- Large Animals: 10-15 tabs twice a day for 1-2 weeks. Then 10 tabs daily for 1-2 weeks.
- Small Animals: 2-3 tabs twice a day for 1-2 weeks.
- Dosage(In Retention of Placenta):For safe, gentle & smooth expulsion of Retained Placenta and its shreds.
- In Large Animals:15 tabs twice a day for 3 days.
when expulsion of placenta is delayed for more than 24 hours, to minimize chances of infection, add Myron (vet) 15 tabs bd with Leptaden (Vet). - In Small Animals: 2-3 tabs twice a day for 3 days
- Administration: Orally in the form of Bolus/ Electuary/ Feed.
- In Large Animals:15 tabs twice a day for 3 days.
